+ Where can I find prices and availabilty?

  • You can find our prices under "Inventory" and then select which bounce house you are interested in.
  • To check availability, please go through "Book Now" page.

+ What form of payment do you accept?

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • If paying by cash, please have exact change as our delivery team does not carry cash.

+ Does the price include delivery and set up?

+ How long is my rental for?

  • 6 hours of bounce time with delivery/setup prior to that time and pick up after.

+ When do you set up and pick up?

  • We will send you a text message the day before your rental date to let you know what time your delivery window is.

  • We pick up same day when your event ends. By doing so, we are allowing time to clean and prepare the next rental.

  • Latest bounce time is 4-10pm. If your event is later, please let us know at the time of your booking and we will work with you to accomodate to the best of our abilities

+ What surface can you setup my rental on?

  • We will setup on grass, turf, indoor (venue or a home), asphalt, or concrete.
  • NO gravel, dirt, rocks, or any rough terrain.

+ Do you clean the bounce houses?

  • Each bounce house will be inspected for any damage and fully cleaned/disinfected after each use.

+ Is Deposit Required?

  • We require 50% deposit to book your rental.
  • Deposit is applied towards the total of your rental.

  • Remaining balance is due at time of rental setup.

  • IMPORTANT: YOUR BOOKING IS NOT FINALIZED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID.

+ Do you have a cancellation policy?

  • Yes, we do!

  • If you cancel 48 hours or more from your event, we will hold your deposit and you will be able to reschedule for up to one year from your original date.

  • Cancelling less than 48 hours before your event will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

+ Do you have a weather policy?

  • If the forecast shows rain on the day of your rental and you would like to cancel, the deposit will be held and you will be able to reschedule any date for up to one year.

  • You will have until 7am the morning of your scheduled rental date to let us know if you are going to reschedule due to weather.

+ What are the rules for use?

  • adult supervision is required at ALL times
  • no shoes
  • no food or drinks
  • no sharp objects
  • no face paint, silly string, confetti, slime, pens, markers, etc.
  • no climbing on walls
  • no pets
  • HAVE FUN!
  • Any damage to the rental will result in additional fees for repair or replacment of the bounce house.
